Everard Read Franschhoek is proud to present Peter van Straten’s 25th solo exhibition: Towards the Astonishing Edge.
Please join us for the exhibition opening on Saturday the 23rd of April at 11AM at Everard Read Franschhoek, 20 Huguenot Road.
In this time of unease - in union with other like-minded and like-hearted souls - I reach into the quiet of space, deep into its profound spaciousness, its infinity of promise beyond humanity's tiny mess. I reach deeper into nature, its generosity, the genius of its unsleeping process.
In all the secret silence and nurturing beauty of both unfathomable realms I find a greater clarity of hope.
